Villa For 17 People
Villa Tropicana is an expansive villa with magnificent sea views, and a very large garden with a private pool as well as a playground for children.
The villa is divided into three floors, each with its own kitchen with dishwasher, and 1 or 2 bathrooms per floor. All floors have stunning sea views.
There is also an opportunity to sit on the middle floor in a large living and dining area, and eat at the table together. From there you can go through a large sliding door to the terrace where a cozy outdoor bar, BBQ and large terrace for all outdoor dining together is available.
The pool is located on an adjacent site with sun loungers and a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. This part of the property captures the sun all day.
The house has a large playing field with artificial turf and two goals. Various games and sports activities can be enjoyed here.
Your car can be parked in the driveway behind a locked gate.
The villa is situated in an upmarket neighborhood located on a quiet street a short distance from a beautiful beach “Cala Canyelles” where you will find a beach side a restaurant and a small port, as well as a number of water sport activities.
This large property is ideal for multiple families and large groups, due to the spacious layout with plenty of land (2200 m2) and 3 separate floors. Free wifi.

Een aanrader!
Communicatie en ontvangst van de verhuurders was zeer goed. Fijne mensen waar we dag en nacht op konden rekenen. Huis is super fijn voor een grote familie. Daarnaast is het huis op korte afstand van het levendige Lloret. Een Nederlandse winkel zelfs op korte afstand. Een aanrader!

Uiteindelijk verbleven wij in villa Tropicana van dezelfde verhuurder! Schitterend perfect voor een grote groep, alles was netjes en perfect geregeld. Wij hebben met z’n allen een super tijd gehad ???

All Good
We were a party of 19 people and The villa was big enough for us. It never felt crowded.
The pool and outdoor area was great we had a company come two times a week to maintain the pool. There was a football area for the kids to play and enough space for the kids on the playground.
Two big satellite tv’s with lots of channels.
Well equiped kitchen with everything you need.
Bedrooms with good beds and mattresses.
All bathrooms were clean and tidy
The manager of the villa always responded to emails and calls. They answered all the questions we had.
Overall we had a great time and the location was close to the towns of Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar
with a really nice atmosphere and a old town.
The nearest beach was the beautiful beach of cala canyelles where we also enjoyed ourselves.
The kids and adults all had a wonderful time.
We will be back again next year and can recommend this villa to any large family/group.
