Villa For 6 People
Villa Anna was completely renovated in 2015. It has a pool and can sleep 6 to 7 people.
This villa is located in a very quiet and green area with sea view, on a quiet street with only destination traffic in the residential area Serra Brava.
The decor is modern and luxurious with air conditioning.
The villa is located near the rustic Tossa de Mar and lively Lloret de Mar. Only 5 min. Distance is located one of the more beautiful bays with a nice beach, restaurant and a small harbor, this is a wonderful vacation spot!
You enter the hall, with the right of a bathroom, and before you 3 bedrooms with sea views. Left you will find yourself down the stairs. there you will find at the bottom of the stairs on the right of a 2nd bathroom. Furthermore, you can walk through the kitchen and living room and a sofabed with large sliding doors to a large terrace .
Outside you will find a beautiful pool in the pool. around the pool are sun beds and a lounge. Also standing here a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
On the other side of the villa is a covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and luxury seats at the BBQ.
The 3 air conditioners can be rented for € 5.00 per day per air conditioner.
This villa has a changeover day on Sunday-

Recent Reviews of Villa Anna
Excellent house with great view!
We stayed in the house with our family of 5 persoons in august 2022.
Reception was well organized. House was clean and fresh.
The three bedrooms are well equiped with airco’s with are really needed in the summer. Therefore the nights were comfortable and cool!
The terrass is beautifully located with nice view on the green hills and the see.
Small problems were fastly solved by Rick.
We enjoyed a wonderfull time in the house!
I would strongly recommend this house to anyone who likes the beauty of the Costa Brava, and likes the quietness above the crowded places of Lloret and Tossa. ? The pool is great!

Maybe next time again in this house or one of the other nice houses of Villas Costa Brava!
